Designed by Paul Bracq, Mercedes Benz W113 Pagoda has earned its name through the distinctive hardtop design inspired by traditional Asian temple architecture. Among the three Pagoda models (230SL, 250SL, and 280SL), the 230SL holds special significance as the first and purest expression of the W113 design. It’s lighter chassy, rev-happy engine, and simplicity make it the most balance to drive.
This Mercedes benz 230SL Pagoda has been fully restored by Arthur Bechtel Classic Motors, one of Germany’s most respected names in Mercedes Benz restoration. The result is a Pagoda that looks, feels, and drives as it did when it left Stuttgart in the 1960s; even better.
